I'm a student-athlete from (City, State) and the (Year) PSAL Wrestling Champion in the (weight class) division. For four consecutive seasons I've served as captain of the girls varsity wrestling team at (High School Name), and I also train and compete with the boys varsity team to push my limits every day.
What I've learned on the wrestling mat — discipline, resilience, and the responsibility of leading others — shapes everything I do off it. I tutor English Language Learners preparing for New York State Regents exams, assist my math teacher with classroom instruction, and help run my family's business after school.
